CETAPS JRAAS Cinema Sessions

The next session of JRAAS (Junior Researchers in Anglo-American Studies) Cinema Cycle Hitchcock and Non-Places is this Friday:

For this session JRAAS will be screening the film “North by Northwest (1959)” with a presentation by Mário Augusto!

Mário Augusto is the Portuguese journalist who has interviewed the most film stars for television, having done more than two thousand interviews over the last 30 years. He presents and coordinates the oldest film magazine on Portuguese television: Janela Indiscreta. He has dedicated a large part of his professional activity to promoting and analysing cinema, and he is the author of several books about cinema.

The special session will take place in Cineclube Maia.

Admission fees will cost 2 € for the general public and will be free for students.
