Presentation

This conference proposes to discuss recent developments of financialisation and its impacts on economic and social reproduction. Particular attention will be given to the Portuguese semi-peripheral case, including the recent evolution of the economy, specific sectors and systems of social provision and labour relations, shaping the changing and variegated nature of financialisation in the country.
